Experience the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls combined with the gentle energy of Reiki in this deeply relaxing group wellness experience. Scientific research continues to explore how sound meditation and mindfulness practices may support stress reduction, better sleep, relaxation, and emotional well-being.
No experience is necessary—simply come as you are, settle into a comfortable position, and allow yourself to experience an hour of peaceful restoration. Please bring a yoga mat (suggested to also bring support pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable)
