Joining in rhythm together unites us. It syncs our bodies, minds, and hearts. Join Matthew and Maseh for a unique sound healing experience at Yoga Central.Maseh Nchang of Trust Drum Circles will lead simple group drumming. No prior experience is necessary, EVERYONE can drum!
This will transition into an ambient sound bath by Matthew and Maseh with guitars, ambience, nature sounds, light percussion and more. Attendees will go from making music together to lying down and drifting into relaxation as the music carries us away.
1 Bolster, 1 mat, and 1 woven blanket will be provided. Feel free to bring pillows, weighted blankets, or whatever else you need for the sound bath.
Matthew DeRubertis is a composer, yoga & meditation teacher leading the SEER MUSIC project, which combines Matthew's original ambient compositions, sound healing, nature sounds, and guided meditation to bring the receiver into a state of deep relaxation.
Maseh Nchang is a distinguished international drummer and therapeutic drumming professional, known for founding Trust Drum Circles. His unique journey began in the United States, but after growing up in Cameroon, he was deeply influenced by the rhythms and musical culture of Africa.
