🎶 Sound with Mary Kate
A professional vocalist with a beautiful, expressive voice, Mary Kate will weave her singing with the resonant tones of her singing bowls, creating an immersive sound experience to soothe the senses and invite you into a state of relaxation. Let the layers of voice and vibration carry you away from the noise of everyday life and into the present moment.
🪷 Acupuncture with Megan, a licensed acupuncturist, will offer acupuncture during the experience to complement the sound journey. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture can support relaxation, help ease tension, and encourage a sense of balance and well-being.
✨ Come as you are. Leave with room to breathe.
This is an invitation to step out of doing and into being. No experience with sound baths or acupuncture is necessary. Simply settle in, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
Whether you’re looking to unwind, nurture your nervous system, or enjoy a different kind of self-care, this evening is an opportunity to pause, replenish, and reconnect.
What to bring: A yoga mat and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported as you rest. Props will be supplied.
