A gentle sound bath focussing on sounds from Himalayan bowls, drums and chimes.
An hour to drift off.
Mats, blankets and cushions provided but it’s always nice to have your own for extra comfort.
Working on making lavender eye pillows but can’t promise I will have them by this November🤣
Next sound bath is Sunday 8th November and then 6th December.
