A full-day introductory workshop with founder and director of Sound Healing Bali. You will connect to the fascinating world of natural therapeutic instruments, research-based insights, interactive vocal healing exercises and mantra healing practices.
We will conclude with a deeply relaxing, multi instrumental sound journey based on the the Three Zones of Sound method founded by Shervin Boloorian and made popular in Bali. this workshop will cover:
Scientific Research on living natural sound's healing properties
Mantra chants and healing benefits
Instrument activities and learning to connect with sound as energy not musical performance
Activating your own voice as a healing tool
Concludes with a full sound journey through the Three Zones of Sound
Note: There will be a one-hour lunch break from 1:00–2:00 PM. Please note that lunch is not included in the program, and participants are welcome to make their own arrangements for lunch during the break.
