Before stepping into a new year, give yourself permission to slow down, reflect, and create space for what’s next.
Join Youniversal Energy for Rest, Reflect & Receive, the December edition of our Sound & Space monthly series—a peaceful evening blending the intentional practice of Feng Shui with the restorative energy of sound healing.
Together, we’ll explore simple Feng Shui practices to help you clear stagnant energy, create a more peaceful and supportive environment, and intentionally prepare your space for the year ahead. You’ll be invited to reflect on what you’re ready to honor, what you’re ready to release, and what you’d like to welcome into your life.
We’ll close the evening with a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing you to move out of the busyness of the season and into a space of stillness, gratitude, and receiving.
This isn’t about rushing into resolutions. It’s about creating space—in your home, your energy, and yourself—for what’s meant to come next.

What to Bring
- Yoga mat for the sound bath
- Blanket and/or pillow to stay warm and comfortable
- Water
- Journal + pen for Feng Shui notes, reflections, and intentions
- An open heart and intention for what you’re ready to release and what you’re ready to receive
You’re also welcome to bring a favorite crystal or meaningful personal item to keep near you during the sound bath.
No prior Feng Shui, meditation, or sound bath experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
