🖌🎨 ✨ SOUND & SACRED CREATION 🥁🎶✨A Seed of Life Art & Live Sound Healing Experience
🎨 CREATE • EXPRESS • MEDITATE • HEAL 🎶
📅 Saturday, November 21st • 5:00–7:00 PM
💫 Energy Exchange: $55
🎨 Join us at Synergy Healing Arts for a unique, hands-on experience combining sacred geometry, meditative art, creative expression, and live sound healing.
This special evening invites you to slow down, quiet your mind, and explore your creativity through the beautiful combination of art and sound.
Unlike a traditional sound bath, this is an interactive, seated creative experience where art and live music flow together as one continuous journey.
🎨 SACRED GEOMETRY & MEDITATIVE ART
Each participant will receive their own art materials to create a personal sacred geometry design.
Shaman Shay will introduce the Seed of Life, a sacred geometric pattern symbolizing creation, harmony, connection, and new beginnings.
She will guide you step by step in drawing your own sacred geometry symbol. You'll then have the opportunity to personalize your artwork through colors, patterns, and creative expression.
Drawing and coloring become a form of active meditation, encouraging mindfulness, relaxation, and a deeper connection with yourself.
No artistic experience is necessary! This is not about perfection, but about enjoying the creative process and allowing your imagination to flow.
🎶 LIVE SOUND HEALING WHILE YOU CREATE
As you continue drawing, coloring, and bringing your sacred geometry artwork to life, Shaman Sebastian will perform live meditative music and sound healing throughout the creative experience.
Imagine sitting comfortably at your art table, surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, handpans, flutes, gongs, and other beautiful instruments as you allow your creativity to unfold.
Let the rhythms guide your hands, the melodies inspire your colors, and the vibrations encourage you to become fully present in the moment.
🎨 Continue creating as the music flows around you.
🌸 Allow the sounds to inspire your imagination, intuition, and artistic expression.
✨ Experience a beautiful combination of mindfulness, art, and sound in one continuous journey.
This is not a traditional lying-down sound bath. Participants will remain seated at tables and chairs, creating their artwork while enjoying live music and sound healing.
The art is the meditation. The music is the inspiration. Together, they create a unique experience of creative mindfulness.
