Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space designed for deep rest, reflection, and relaxation. Our Immersive Sound Bath invites you to settle into stillness as the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, metal instruments, and other therapeutic sound tools create a calming soundscape around you. This sound bath will include a long period of resonant gongs. As you rest comfortably, the vibrations and layered sounds encourage mindfulness, relaxation, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Held within our peaceful forest room, this experience surrounds you with the calming presence of nature while providing a comfortable environment to fully unwind. Bolsters, blankets, and mats are available to support your body so you can simply arrive, get comfortable, and let yourself rest.
A sound bath can be a deeply personal experience. Some participants find moments of quiet reflection, others experience a sense of emotional release, and many leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
No experience is necessary. Come as you are. Allow yourself the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
