A midweek pause with ceremonial cacao, sound healing and meditation. A calm space to reconnect and open space for new energy.About this Event
Sound & Cacao | Opening space for new energy
Unwind midweek and join us for a cacao & sound experience.
We begin with ceremonial cacao from Guatemala (the finest quality, full-bodied criollo).
From there, you’ll be guided into a simple meditation, followed by a calming sound bath with crystal and tibetien bowls to deepen the experience.
We close the evening with a sharing circle (optional) and integration, letting the uplifted mood carry into the days ahead.
Held in English.
No prior experience needed. Just come as you are.
