You’ll be gently guided through a journey of meditation and healing sound, with the aim that the vibrations may carry you into a state of deep rest and renewal. As Himalayan and Crystal bowls, Gong and other instruments weave their tones, the body is invited into profound relaxation with the aim of soothing stress and anxiety, easing tension, and bringing harmony to mind, body, and soul.
Sound healing is often described as a journey, sometimes deeply restorative, sometimes powerfully emotional, always unique.
Each person’s experience is different, and you will be supported fully throughout, whatever arises for you. This practice isn’t about “doing” - it’s about allowing. A chance to surrender the weight you carry and simply rest in a space where your wellbeing is the priority.
The session will begin with a grounding meditation before you are immersed in the sound bath itself, closing with gentle group connection. This is your time to switch off, surrender, and simply be. No previous experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to receive. Refreshments will be served after the session.
For your comfort, you are welcome to lie down, use props, or sit in a chair if preferred. Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant or living with epilepsy, so the session can be adapted for your wellbeing.
