About this Event
A Winter Solstice frequency reset weaving live piano, channeled vocals, and guided breathwork to clear what’s ready to go, elevate your energy, and reconnect you to your deepest knowing. Through the healing power of sound and frequency, you’ll be guided inward to release resistance, create space, and align with the energy you’re ready to carry into the season ahead.
