We’re back for another wholesome Saturday, celebrating connection, movement and women’s wellbeing!
This time, we’re focusing on Pouring Into Yourself, exploring how movement can be a form of self-care and a way to prioritise both your mental and physical wellbeing.
Join us for uplifting conversation, gentle movement and meaningful connection. We’ll begin with a friendly talk, followed by a 40-minute mat Pilates session, giving you space to release the week, reconnect with your body and pour back into yourself.
All experience levels are welcome! Stay afterwards to connect with other amazing women, enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks, and take home a goodie bag.
You deserve to make time for yourself, too. Come as you are, move at your own pace and spend a Saturday recharging in good company.
