Our home for the retreat will be Yog Niketan Ashram, a peaceful riverside sanctuary overlooking the Ganga. The ashram offers a beautiful setting for practice, reflection and rest, allowing us to experience India in a more authentic and meaningful way.
This retreat is suitable for all levels. You do not need to be experienced in yoga or meditation. Every practice and activity will be offered with care, allowing you to participate at your own pace.
