Images are powerful tools for accessing your inner life and intuition. They can capture nuance and the felt sense of something in a way that words sometimes can't.
In this exploratory event, you'll create a collage by pulling images that resonate with you and finding ways to integrate them.
You'll have space at the end of our time to reflect on what you've created and what it evokes in you or speaks to you. There will be an option to share your noticings in a supportive sharing circle.
No art experience is needed. All materials are provided. Free to attend with an option to donate to help offset material cost.
