SOULFUL CHAKRA CLEANSE 2026.
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍
✨
SUNDAY 24th January, 2-5pm, Deanslade Fitness, Lichfield.
✨
January is an important time to renew and release; manifesting good habits for the New Year ahead. This year we have the beautiful space at Chris Om, Aldridge for your Chakra Cleanse afternoon.
✨
Katie will guide you through 3 hours of wonderfully cleansing and harmonising practices using music, colour, essential oils, movement and meditation. The Chakra system is an ancient map detailing the seven energy centres of the mind, body and soul. We will be flowing through a series of grounding, opening and balancing postures.
✨
♥️You will learn about the Chakra system and the asanas (yoga postures) that will awaken psychic energies.
🧡You will understand the areas of the body that can become blocked when we hold onto stress or negative emotion in particular areas.
💛You will engage in a self-love meditation and intention setting
💚 You will experience a healing sage cleanse.
💙We will use pranayama techniques to rejuvenate and restore.
💜Herbal tea and a healthy, delicious plant-based snack will be provided.
🤍 You will experience a dreamy yoga Nidra (with lavender essential oil).
🩶You will leave with a sense of newness, and a deeper connection to the self to face the New Year ahead.
✨
Please bring a bottle of water, a mat, cushion and a blanket to feel really cosy during your Nidra.
✨
Spaces are limited, so book now to avoid disappointment. Cost is £38pp. The workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga. (Please note payments are non-refundable unless I can fill your space).
✨
Message or Email; [email protected] to book or for more information.
✨
Love and light always, Katie.
