About this Event
There is a profound, spiritual side to art-making — and it is waiting to help you remember who you are.
Ever feel like your creative spark got buried under the weight of everyday life? You're not alone. The transition into a new chapter can leave you wondering, "Who am I now?"
Soulful Art & Intuitive Flow is not your average step-by-step painting class. It's a creative sanctuary in Severna Park, designed for empathetic, heart-aligned women to step off the wheel of overgiving, quiet the racing mind, and trust what wants to emerge on the canvas. Through a blend of guided meditation and intuitive painting, you'll create a meaningful portal back to your authentic self.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
• Somatic brain reset — we begin by pairing gentle, regulating breathwork with creative exercises that engage both brain hemispheres to calm your nervous system.
• Intuitive self-discovery — rather than focusing on technical skill, we use personal reflection, letting your canvas mirror your own evolution and inner wisdom.
• A sacred, judgment-free space — unlike a loud "paint and sip" party, this is quiet and soulful. You are fully seen, supported, and permitted to let your intuition guide your hands. You cannot do it wrong.
WHAT WE WILL DO
• Gentle guided meditation with breathwork focusing on something you would like to manifest in your life
• Guided intuitive painting, at your own pace - first write your intention on the canvas, then cover the canvas with intutive strokes to "set it in"
• Last, either pick a symbol or two to represent your intention or draw an oracle card to guide your path, and paint it as your intuition guides you
• Closing reflection and optional sharing
• All materials and canvas included. Take your painting home.
• No art experience is necessary - We will guide you every step of the way!
• This class is about process, not end product, but most people leave with a sense of peace and more understanding of themselves.
• Everyone will leave with a unique piece of art.
For too long many of us were taught to be small, quiet, or convenient. Here, we unlearn that. Your healing timeline is yours to dictate.
