About this Event
Take a mindful pause and immerse yourself in a two-part session focused on gratitude, reflection, and creative expression.
Part 1 – Creative Expression & Poetry:
Using carefully selected visuals and poetry prompts, you’ll explore your thoughts and feelings around gratitude in a private, non-judgmental way. No artistic skill is needed—just notice, feel, and express.
Part 2 – Journalling:
Guided prompts will help you capture your reflections in writing, so you can continue exploring gratitude beyond the session. Sharing is optional; this time is yours.
Your Journal:
All you need to bring is a pen and your own journal, or you can choose to have a personalised journal set created for you. Use it during the session, continue your reflections at home, and bring it to future monthly themed sessions to build an ongoing creative journalling habit.
