Soul’d Out Productions presents STICK MEN ft. Tony Levin, Pat Mastelotto & Markus Reuter at Star Theater on September 15.Progressive rock doesn't get much more legendary than this. STICK MEN brings together King Crimson icons Tony Levin and Pat Mastelotto alongside touch guitar innovator Markus Reuter for a boundary-pushing live experience that blends progressive rock, art rock, experimental music, improvisation, and jaw-dropping musicianship. The trio has spent nearly two decades redefining what three musicians can accomplish on stage, creating a sound that is intricate, powerful, and entirely unique.
Levin's groundbreaking Chapman Stick work, Mastelotto's hybrid acoustic-electronic drumming, and Reuter's self-designed touch guitar combine to create a sonic landscape that feels both futuristic and deeply rooted in the progressive rock tradition. Known for adventurous improvisation and selections from the King Crimson universe, STICK MEN has earned a reputation as one of the most innovative live acts in modern progressive music.
Fresh off the announcement of their first full-length studio album in a decade, "Let's THRAK Again," the trio returns to the road with new music and the telepathic chemistry that has made them a favorite among progressive rock fans worldwide.
Don't miss an evening with three musicians whose collective résumé includes King Crimson, Peter Gabriel, David Bowie, John Lennon, Pink Floyd, Mr. Mister, and countless other landmark projects.
