WHAT IS SOUL SUNDAYS?:
A Conscious Dance Class facilitated with authenticity, humility and creativity.
Each class explores a different theme through mindful movement and embodied dancing. It is rooted in the practice of Soul Motion:

Through collective and intentional movement we aim to shift energy, explore new expressions of the body, connect with our tribe and above all, connect with our spirit.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:
Stewart is a counsellor, lover of dance, nature lover and sound healer. He is a practicing social worker, holds a Bachelor of Music Degree, and is an accredited Soul Motion Conscious Dance Teacher.
Stewart's dive into conscious dance trainings in Open Floor and Soul Motion over the past 8 years, sparked the birth of these classes as an offering to those seeking a deeper integration of mind, body and spirit.
