Get ready to move, groove with Harris Parks, “Da Line Dance Man”!

2nd and 4th Saturday of the month in the Sabathani Gym
- 2nd Saturday: 12:30pm – 2pm
- 4th Saturday: 10:30am – 12pm
Soul Line Dance Class is the perfect mix of fun, fitness, and rhythm—great exercise for both your body and your brain.
You’ll learn the names and steps of a variety of dances, practice choreography to infectious beats, and have a blast while boosting your coordination and memory. Along the way, you’ll connect with others, make new friends, and feel the joy of being part of a vibrant, welcoming community.

Meet the Instructor
Harris Parks has been a Minneapolis dance fixture since 1980. He discovered line dancing through Chicago 8-Count Stepping and has over 15 years of experience. Harris leads the “We Are Family” Soul Line Dance Group and teaches at Robbins Wellness Urban Retreat.

All are welcome! From young adults to our most seasoned dancers, everyone can participate.
