Soul Food Sunday - Labor Day Weekend at Hop State Brewing!🍗🍖🌽🍞🧀🍌

We have ONE HELL OF a GREAT SOUTHERN EVENT for Ya'll to Celebrate Labor Day Weekend with our friends at This Little Pig.
We are breaking out the coal and the rotisserie on our patio and Chef John will be cooking up a Southern Feast for ya. We are lighting the fire early and will have food ready to go by 12.
We also plan to have some killer guest taps available as well for this event! 🍺🍺🍺🍺
On the list of items included in your ticket will be the following:
• Citrus-Herb Rotisserie Chicken - marinated whole chicken cooked over open flame.
• BBQ Ribs - St. Louis style ribs with a savory dry rub.
• Greens - slow braised collard greens with bacon and green apple finished with cane vinegar and hot sauce.
• Mac and Cheese - elbow mac smothered with Wispy Pale Ale infused cheese sauce. Topped with crumbled chicaron.
• Maw-Maw's Cornbread Muffins - finished with locally harvested honey and served with cajun honey butter.
• Nana Pudding - the pinnacle of southern deserts, banana pudding, layered with vanilla wafers and topped with bruleed banana pieces.

Tickets are $50 and Include the Following:
*Of course you can attend the event, and come party with us however food and the items listed below are ONLY included with your presale ticket purchase.
• One heaping plate of Soul Food courtesy of This Little Pig (*this includes protein, all the sides and dessert)
• One 12oz beer of your choice courtesy of Hop State Brewing
• Private tour of our brewing facility with head brewer Ed Valenti
• Tasting off of our tanks (try what's in fermenters now)
• Various BA Bottles from us in the VIP Area
• Access to our exclusive VIP area with snacks, etc
• Hop State Brewing sticker pack
Tickets will be exclusively available at the Hop State Brewing tap room and also from the This Little Pig Food truck (*located in the courtyard at Deviant Libation on Nebraska Ave.)
Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and when they're gone - THEY GONE!

*There may be some tickets left or we may possibly open up more day of based on available food and space for tours however we can't promise that so GET YOUR TICKETS EARLY!

Dogs and kids are both welcome, however for this event we ask that dogs be kept on our patio as we will have food inside the brewery. Please ensure kids are well behaved and supervised.
