In our next Soul Clinic workshop on Saturday, 7th November (2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Church on Lytham Road), we are diving deep into the profound theme of Oneness. To talk about Oneness, we first have to look at duality—the contrast of light and dark, up and down, separate and together. But what happens when those boundaries dissolve completely?
Drawing from personal experience, I spent three years navigating what can be described in Hindu philosophy as Brahman—the ultimate, unchanging reality—and an expanded state of 12D consciousness. In medical and psychological terms, this kind of profound shift can feel like a "psychic death" or a "clinical death of the psyche": the old ego structure completely breaks down so that something much truer and more expansive can emerge.
It can be a wild, transformative journey, and it takes time to integrate! But the wisdom brought back from those spaces isn't reserved for ancient mystics or spiritual gurus. It is universal knowledge that we have all simply forgotten beneath the noise of modern life.
What to Expect:
Somatic body work, gentle sound healing, and guided meditation designed around the theme of Oneness.
A safe, welcoming space to explore these concepts, whether you are completely new to spirituality or deep on your path.
Starting right at 2:00 p.m. with 20 minutes of relaxed chat and tea to settle in.
