Soul Circle is a heart-centered gathering where we come together in a sacred, welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and build meaningful connections with others.
Through guided meditation, breathwork, sound healing, intentional conversation, and the sharing of cacao or herbal tea, we create space to simply be, feel, reflect, and nourish our souls.
No two Soul Circles are ever quite the same. Each month brings a different theme, intention, and experience, allowing us to explore what we may need in that season of our lives.
🌺 November’s Theme: Honoring Our Ancestors
As we gather on November 1st, in recognition of All Saints’ Day and Día de los Muertos, we will turn our attention toward those who came before us.
Our ancestors are part of our story. Their journeys, sacrifices, wisdom, and love have helped shape who we are today.
Together, we’ll create space to remember our loved ones, honor our roots and lineage, express gratitude, and reflect on the connections that continue beyond physical presence.
This is not about following any particular religion or tradition. It’s about honoring those who came before us in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to each of us.
All are welcome, regardless of background, beliefs, or experience. 🤎

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into the space so we can begin together promptly at 6 PM.
Bring an open heart. You’re also welcome to bring a small photograph, meaningful item, or a flower representing a loved one or ancestor you wish to honor.
