You’re warmly invited to our Soul Care Circle Picnic – a relaxed gathering in the park where we create space for honest conversations, connection, and gentle inspiration.

- A mindful sharing circle in small groups (max. 5–6 people)
- Clear guidance and gentle moderation
- Space for personal stories, thoughts, and emotions
- A relaxed picnic afterwards – stay as long as you like

No experience needed – just come as you are.
🕒 Schedule
- Arrival: 2:00 – 2:30 pm (please do not come after 2.30 pm, as this disturbs the dynamics within the groups).
- Circle: 2:30 – 5:00 pm
- Picnic & hangout: open end
