This special event combines a Parent Wellness Workshop led by The Anulika Circle with staffed childcare provided by SOSitter 🧸, allowing parents to fully engage while their children enjoy a fun, enriching experience.
🗣️ During the one-hour wellness session, parents will participate in thought-provoking discussions and interactive activities focused on strengthening relationships with themselves, their children, and their families. Together, we'll explore practical ways to build deeper connections, improve communication, and create healthier family relationships.
While parents attend the workshop, children will be cared for by SOSitter's trusted caregivers and rotate through engaging, age-appropriate activity stations, including:
Move Your Joy Station💃
Movement games, dancing, stretching, obstacle courses, and active group play.
Create Your World Station 🎨
Arts and crafts, coloring, bracelet making, painting, and other summer-inspired creative activities.
Feelings & Friendship Circle 💛
Guided conversations and activities that encourage kindness, confidence, emotional awareness, and positive friendships.
