WHAT TO EXPECT
If you have ever wondered what it would be like to crack someone's skull open and take a look around at their brain, here's your invitation to do just that!
An immersive listening party based on an unpublished memoir, that aims to transport the audience into the mind of a particular Black creative through storytelling.
Baltimore-based multi disciplinary artist Tea says, "I have been searching for the appropriate words for a very long time, to verbalize my experience. I finally gave up and decided I can show you better than I could ever tell you.
Art has always served as a reflection of a person's own perpective in general. This particular experience is a reflection of a specific journey that I never asked to be on, but feel compelled to share. This immersive experience is a space where strength meets vulnerability. Where realities clash, collide and burn, and where the protagonist doesn't necessarily come out on top. You will bear witness to my death; and also my restoration."
Get ready for this horrifyingly immersive exploration into the mind of yours truly through this haunting account of real life events where you don’t just hear the story – you step inside it. Will you be able to escape my reality??
