💫 Time for a sooooooothing Sunday Soul Session in the beautiful newly located studio of my gorgeous friend Sara’s @ardour.academy 💫💫 WHAT’S INVOLVED?
1) Ceremonial Grade Cacao to sup, warming & opening your beautiful heart space, allowing old energy to leave & creating space for new energy to enter…
✨It’s high in Antioxidants
✨Natural Energy & reduces fatigue
✨Mental calm & focus
✨Supports your immune system
✨Reduces inflammation
✨Brings you to a fantastic space ready for meditation & to receive Reiki
✨A natural anti-depressant
✨Loaded with Iron, Magnesium & Calcium
✨We will enjoy our drinks whilst pondering over some mindfulness questions which takes you inwards for introspection of your gorgeous self…
( questions and pens supplied )
2) GENTLE BREATHWORK & GUIDED MEDITATION
✨ We will do one or two simple, yet highly effective breathwork exercises, enabling your Vagus Nerve to feel regulation, and to bring calm & focus to your mind…
✨This will then be followed by a guided meditation - opening the 7 major Chakras - just you, lying back, and letting go…
✨This will close with some soft and gentle sound healing to raise your energetic vibration higher….
3) GROUP REIKI!
✨All you have to do is continue to be comfortable, and I will send Reiki to the group at the same time!✨💛😍
Note how you feel before it, and see how you feel
after it!🎊
