Songs and Stories by the fireside is a low-pressure, artist-centered open mic experience created as a stage and space for honest sharing and reflection. The series is conducted in a hybrid conversational, interview-style format, where artists are invited into thoughtful dialogue with the host about their work, their process, and their lived experiences in the middle of their set. It offers space for artists who want to explore and share the deeper connection between their human story and their artistic expression, and audiences who value that kind of intimacy. Rooted in presence, the event is for artists seeking a place to be heard, understood, and truly seen—beyond performance.There is a $10 cover charge collected at the door. Half of all proceeds will go to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).

We suggest you arrive at least 15 mins early to avoid the rush. Show ends at 9:00pm.
Our Kitchen closes at 3:00pm, but snacks and baked treats are available till 9:00.
