Join the final 2026 Sonder Reading Series! Featuring CATINA BACOTE; SALUSTIANO BERRIOS, DEBORA KUAN, SHELLEY STOEHR, M.M. DE VOE. We have a SPECIAL GUEST HOST…Frederick-Douglass Knowles II will be hosting Sonder this month! Free and open to all. 6pm at Dead Language Beer Project. Friday OCT 23. (Returning Jan 2027)-----
We did it! We created literary community, made space to come together, to listen, share stories, support writers. It’s been beautiful. Thanks for showing up. Don’t miss this month’s reading with these incredible authors.
Bring friends, meet new friends, come as you are! Celebrate “Sonder”: that every stranger has a life as vivid and complex as your own. And remember the importance and power of stories, something humans have been doing since the beginning of time, creating stories and art as a way to make sense of what it means to be alive, and leaving it behind as proof that we were here. Keep gathering, listening, connecting, sharing. The forces keeping us apart won’t stand a chance.
Sonder returns in Jan. 2027. On the Fourth Fridays of the Month. With more special guests! Stay tuned.
