Join Somos Pilates Nashville for a special Prenatal Pilates class at New Mom School East Nashville, a community dedicated to supporting moms from pregnancy through baby’s first year.
This low-impact mat class is designed specifically for pregnancy and is appropriate for all experience levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking for a safe way to move your body, you’ll enjoy an energizing workout while connecting with other expecting moms.

What to Bring:
- A Pilates or yoga mat (required)
- Grip socks (required)
- A water bottle (we have a water filling station available for refills)
Parking:
Free parking is available in the garage directly attached to New Mom School. We'll have a QR code available in the studio for you to scan to validate your parking. Overflow street parking is also available on Fatherland Street if needed. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to park, get settled, and be ready when class begins.
