Doors open 6pm, band on stage 6.45pm, early countdown around 8.45pm, done by 9pm.--
Ring in the new year with a little sophistication, a lot of groove, and the smoothest sounds of the '70s and '80s, and still get home at a resonable hour! For the first time ever, Some Like It Yacht are throwing a New Year’s Eve celebration, bringing their irresistible blend of golden harmonies, silky rhythms, and soft rock classics to Lyrics Underground. With early and late on offer, you can start your festivities in style or countdown with the best live soundtrack you could hope for!
From Steely Dan to Toto, expect all your yacht rock favourites, delivered with a little extra sparkle for the occasion. Our beloved sax man Marky is otherwise engaged, so we're shaking up the lineup for one night only — but the smoothness is guaranteed. Dress sharp, gather your crew, and send 2026 off on a high note!
