About this Event
"I teach in a way that people with all sorts of conditions feel like they can actually do yoga, giving space for rest, autonomy and self - trust."
A slow, nourishing pace to nourish your body and mind!
Rewire your subconscious with intention, movement and breath; restore your nervous system, strengthen your intuition, and discover your own capacity for healing.
Drawing from personal experience of living with Fibromyalgia and sight loss (I is registered blind), I am passionate about creating accessible, supportive spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies and discover their own capacity for healing.
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
**Just a reminder that I have an autoimmune condition called FIBROMYALGIA, and am registered blind! So I am deeply open to other people's needs and aware of the spectrum of sensitivities that could be present in sessions. Whoever you are, you are so welcome!
I envision classes to be a space where people can feel supported no matter what their mobility level. I am always happy to offer chairs, adapted postures, variations and extra support. Sometimes I prompt people to imagine accessing a posture using powerful visualisation techniques. As I progress in my weekly teaching, I aim to mix up the sessions with a compilation of movement with yogic principles rooted in Hatha, conscious movement, extended meditation and breathwork, chair yoga, nidra, energy healing and sound healing.
