THE ANIMAL BODY
A Somatic Journey into Movement & Nervous System Regulation
Our bodies are constantly responding to life around us.
Fight, flight, freeze, fawn — these are natural survival responses designed to protect us. But sometimes the activation doesn't fully settle, and the body continues to carry tension, restlessness or fatigue.
I created this workshop as an invitation to slow down and reconnect with our animal body — the instinctive, sensing part of us that often knows before the mind does.
For three hours, we will explore gentle yoga, somatic movement, breath and body awareness, moving between movement and stillness, activation and rest.
There is nothing to achieve and no particular way your body needs to be. The invitation is simply to listen, explore and allow the body to guide you. 🌿
No previous yoga or somatic experience is necessary.
