What if we could safely explore altered states without consuming any psychoactive medicine at all?
Through an intentionally crafted journey of medicine music, shamanic sound frequencies, live drumming, and simple repetitive movement, we'll explore somatic trance as a portal beyond the ordinary thinking mind and into deeper states of intuition, embodiment, and spiritual connection.
In this journey, sound, frequency, & rhythm is channeled through the body and becomes the medicine that carries us into altered states.
No dance experience is needed. Rather than trying to "perform dance" or move a certain way, we'll begin with easy, accessible movements: rocking, swaying, shaking, stepping, pulsing, and rhythmic gestures that anyone can make their own. Simple repetition gives the conscious mind less to manage and opens a doorway into deeper states of awareness.
As the journey unfolds, we naturally shift from choosing the movement to listening for the movement, allowing the body to lead us into our unique soul frequency.

Or it can be beautifully and powerfully simple: getting out of your head, becoming completely absorbed in frequency, and feeling fully present & alive within the divine intelligence of the body.
There is no outcome to achieve, only a new journey to experience.
