Step inside St Agnes Church, find your space beneath its high ceiling, lie back and let the sound take over.The natural acoustics of the church are a beautiful part of this experience. Deep gong tones rise into the roof and roll back through the room, singing bowls shimmer around the space, handpans soften the edges and the steady rhythm of the shamanic drum can be felt as much as heard.
This is a somatic sound experience, an invitation to notice what is happening within your body as the sound moves around you. Your breathing may slow, muscles begin to soften and the outside world can become a little quieter.
There is nothing you need to do. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and listen.
Please bring a yoga mat or mattress, pillow, blanket, water and anything else you need to make yourself warm and comfortable.
Parking: There is limited parking at the church, with additional street parking nearby.
