Somatic Self Love is a 5-hour restorative afternoon experience for women — designed not to push you harder or ask more of you, but to give your body exactly what it has been quietly asking for: rest, pleasure, connection and the permission to simply be.

Somatic Dance for Emotional Alchemy Learn to unlock the gifts of our most avoided emotions through the power of dance! Dance through the pain and into the gifts of sadness, fear and anger. No dance experience required.
Nourishing snacks and beverages Enjoy some light treats, non-alchoholic drinks and snacks as you explore the Royal Temple.
The Sensorium — Immersive Sensory Bath A carefully curated (non-sexual) sensory exploration (think sensory bath!) to invite your nervous system into deep rest and your body into a state of genuine pleasure and presence.
Pool Time & Free Restoration Unstructured time to decompress, connect, float, soak and simply be.
