A blend of meditation, yoga & dance designed to recenter and refresh your energy 🧘🏻♀️✨🧘🏻♂️We’ll slow down and tune in:
stretching, breathing, energy alignment 🌀
And then spice it up a bit🔥dancing off the stress we collect in everyday life
A space to ground, release, reconnect and move freely
Open to everyone!! 🤗
Come solo or with friends - no partner needed 💃🕺
This experience is about stepping out of your head, listening to your body and giving yourself permission to move, express and feel - to calm your nervous system and tune in on a cellular level (in your body....not your phone 😋)
