Join us for a gentle 6-week Somatic Healing Series with Martha of Joyful Gatherings Yoga at Beacon BodyWorks. 🪷Through slow, intentional movement, mindful attention and breath, we’ll explore the connection between body and mind while creating space for greater self-awareness, compassion and connection.

Each class is 90 minutes. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a journal or notebook and something to write with.
