🌿 Somatic Flow Sundays | 10:00–11:00 AM
$15 per participant
Somatic Flow is a gentle, intuitive practice that focuses on listening to the body from the inside out. Rather than moving into fixed shapes, this class emphasizes slow, mindful movement guided by sensation, breath, and nervous system awareness.
At Align, Somatic Flow is about releasing tension, increasing body awareness, and supporting emotional regulation. Movements are fluid and adaptable, inviting curiosity instead of effort. This practice is especially supportive for those seeking grounding, recovery, or a softer way to reconnect with their body.
Open to all levels. No experience needed. Come as you are and leave feeling more at ease, connected, and aligned.
