✨ Preparing for the Session
To support your experience, we invite you to prepare gently and intentionally:
• Avoid heavy meals for at least 3–4 hours before the session
• Avoid alcohol or recreational substances for 24 hours beforehand
• Arrive 15 minutes early to settle into the space
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows ease and movement
• Bring water to stay hydrated
• Come with an open heart and without expectations
