Through guided movement, grounding, and curiosity, you'll create space to feel what's present, let energy move through the body, and reconnect with your aliveness and power.
Deepen your relationship with yourself in a way that you can actually feel.
Come as you are, dress comfortably, and bring water. (journal and yoga mat optional - we have plenty of extras if needed) Everything is an invitation not an expectation.
No dance experience is needed. All bodies, abilities, and levels are welcome.
