This in-person breathwork session is about one thing:
helping your body feel safe again.

Through systematic breathwork, music and gentle somatic awareness, we guide your nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into regulation.

This is especially powerful in person — your body responds not just to breath, but to shared calm and co-regulation.
