About this Event
Somatic Breathwork is an hour long embodiment experience designed to help you release stress, trauma, emotions and pent up energy from the body.
It is a modality that utilizes your own breath to help shed the layers of yourself that no longer serve and allow you to tap into your body's innate healing ability.
Avoid food 2 hours prior to the session.
Come to the session wearing light, breathable clothing.
Optional : Bring a journal, water bottle, blanket or pillow for additional comfort.
This event will be limited to 12 people.
Somatic Breathwork is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.
