Free Somatic Breath & Release Workshop for Patients & CaregiversExplore the connection between stress and your physical, mental, and emotional well-being in this supportive two-part workshop led by James Patrick. Through guided breathwork and somatic practices, participants will learn simple techniques to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and promote a greater sense of calm and balance. No prior experience is necessary.
This workshop is free to attend. Please plan to attend both Part 1 and Part 2 at your preferred location.
