Join yoga therapist (Minded student grad) and embodied yoga teacher Katherine, an experienced cold water enthusiast, at the Scandinavian-inspired bathing space, PAUS in Cambridgeshire.
Expect a day packed with:
- Welcome hot drink
- Accessible embodied movement exploration
- Acupressure points & lymphatic drainage
- Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation
- Delicious 3-course meal with nourishing allotment-grown food at Hilltop Bistro
- Moon Bathing from 2-5 PM
- Intentional heat exposure in a cedar-wood sauna
- Cold water immersion (optional but encouraged)
- Cedar wood fired hot tub bathing with optional (non)-alcoholic drinks included
