About this Event
An evening to soften, release and receive
SOMA Circle is an evening for women to step away from the noise, demands and constant doing of everyday life, and spend a few hours tending to themselves.
Through gentle somatic practices designed to support your nervous system to slow down, soften and settle, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body, release some of what you’ve been carrying and ease into a quieter state.
We’ll begin with gentle somatic movement and release. Simple, guided practices that allow you to notice what your body is holding, what it needs to let go and create a little more space within yourself.
From there, we’ll slow things down as you settle onto your mat for guided visualisation, giving your mind somewhere peaceful to land while your body rests.
The evening will finish with the beautiful healing resonance of sound bowls, allowing you to simply lie back, receive and be still.
No performing.
No pressure to achieve anything.
No need to arrive feeling calm.
Just a few hours where nothing is required of you.

SOMA Circle is a welcoming space for women, whether you come with a friend or arrive on your own. You don’t need any previous experience with somatic movement, meditation or sound healing.
