About this Event
Join yoga teacher, poet, and musician Isaac Briscoe for Solstice Rising, a special collaboration between East of Eden and London Wildlife Trust, as we celebrate movement, nature, and the arrival of summer.
Set within the green open landscape of Walthamstow Wetlands, this outdoor morning gathering takes place in the midst of a nature, surrounded by birdsong, open sky, and the iconic silhouette of the Engine House.
The session begins with a 60-minute yoga practice, open to all levels, followed by a 15-minute sound rest inspired by the natural world. Expect gentle movement, fresh air, and a slower start to the day.
