There hasn't been a East Coast Del Sol meet in a while so I wanted to create an event for us to come together to share the del sol love. I chose this spot because I know some other car groups have hosted meets at Lake Redman before.We have the pavilion reserved from 8am-8pm. I chose the 11:00 start time but if people rather have the event start earlier/later we can discuss that in the event chat.
The pavilion is rented so we won't get kicked out.
That being said we do have some ground rules;
*No Revving
*No burnouts
*No speeding
*No extremely loud music
*No Alcohol (Park rules)
*No Pets in Pavilion (Park rules)
*Pick up after yourselves
*respect the lot and each other!
We have rented the Bass Pavilion which includes 4 charcoal grills, 12 eight foot picnic tables, electrical outlets and restrooms on site.
Once we start getting closer to the date, we can discuss if anyone wants to bring food/snacks/drinks. I figured we could do hot dogs and hamburgers on the grills at the least.
The park is open to the public but there is plenty of places to park. Unfortunately I can't block off the parking lots for just the del sols but there is several lots (see picture below). My thought is we can start to fill in this lot marked 1 (pavilion is marked 274), then if needed we can use lot 2. Lot 3 can be for non del sols.
