Join us for a unique, immersive experience combining mobility, yoga, breathwork, and live handpan sound healing—designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and realign.
This session is a journey inward. We begin with gentle mobility and movement to release tension and open the body, flowing into yoga to build strength, balance, and awareness. From there, you’ll be guided through conscious breathwork to energise your system, calm the mind, and unlock deeper states of presence.
The experience is elevated with a live handpan sound bath, creating a deeply meditative atmosphere that supports relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
