What if the sky could witness not only our struggles, but also our moments of wonder, freedom, and joy?
Through 13 original paintings, Saskatoon-based Ukrainian artist Tetiana Kyzieieva explores the connection between Saskatchewan’s vast, ever-changing skies and our inner worlds.
Born from a time of profound personal change, these paintings capture shifting emotions, luminous light, quiet revelations, and the simple, profound joy of being alive.
The sky became a silent witness — holding every passing feeling while revealing beauty that was always there, waiting to be seen.
The sky was the witness. The paintings became the testimony.
SVIDOK / WITNESS invites you to pause, look closer, and discover what the sky might awaken in you — a memory, a feeling, a moment of recognition, or simply the joy of seeing something beautiful.
Join us for an exhibition celebrating the beauty of nature, the richness of human emotion, and the quiet joy of seeing life with fresh eyes.
